Sergei Inkatov
Sergei Inkatov was born in Baku, Azerbaijan in 1971, and now lives in Estonia. In 1987 he studied at Baku Art College, and in 1992 he graduated from Venetsianov Art College in Tver, Russia. Sergei is a very successful contemporary artist, and exhibits widely throughout Europe, and has won many prestigious awards.
